When your rental period is complete, return the trailer to our rental location or arrange for pickup, and we'll ensure it's properly maintained for the next renter.

Yes! We understand that every customer has different needs, so we provide around-the-clock access by appointment. With our contactless pickup system and flexible scheduling, you can collect or return your trailer when it’s most convenient for you — day or night.

Yes, we ask that you schedule your pickup and drop-off time in advance so we can ensure your trailer and any requested equipment are ready for you. We’re flexible — just let us know what works best for you!

Need a trailer on short notice? Give us a call! We’ll do our best to accommodate same-day or urgent requests.

If you encounter any issues or damages to the rented trailer during your use, please notify us promptly. We understand that unexpected situations can arise. Depending on the nature and extent of the issue or damage, we will assess and determine the necessary course of action. You may be responsible for repair or replacement costs, so it's advisable to review our rental agreement for specific terms and conditions related to trailer damages. Your prompt communication is appreciated, as it helps us maintain the quality of our rental equipment.

Yes, you can extend the rental period for a trailer if you require it for a longer duration than initially planned. To do so, please contact our team to discuss your needs and arrange for an extension. We will work with you to update the rental terms and ensure the continued availability of the trailer. Keep in mind that trailer availability may vary, so it's best to notify us about your extension needs as early as possible to secure the equipment. We're committed to accommodating your changing towing requirements.

To provide the best service to all customers, we have established the following cancellation policy:

• Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled pickup time will receive a full refund of the reservation fee.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time will result in the loss of the reservation fee. This is due to the inability to rebook the trailer on short notice.
• No-Shows: If you fail to pick up your trailer at the scheduled time without prior notice, the full reservation fee will be forfeited.
• Rescheduling: We offer one complimentary reschedule if notified at least 24 hours in advance. Additional reschedule requests may be subject to a fee.
